Hallo, da das Display meines MacBook Pro anscheinend defekt ist, wollte ich meinen iMac als Monitor nutzen.
iMac: 27", Ende 2012, Catalina; MacBook Pro,2018. Verbunden mit USB (iMac), MacBookPro mit USB-C
Ich habe gelesen, dass mit cmd + F2, der iMac in die Monitor-Funktion geht, was aber leider nicht funktioniert.

Da auf beiden Macs Catalina oder höher installiert ist geht das unabhängig von der Hardware grundsätzlich nicht. Ab macOS 13.x (HighSierra) wird der für die Funktion "Mac als Display" erforderliche TargetDisk-Modus nicht mehr unterstützt.
